KEITH TAYLOR - Advisory Board Member

Dr. Keith Taylor has an extensive background in law enforcement and emergency preparedness. His career encompasses a diverse range of positions, including his service as a retired NYPD Sergeant, Special Assignment and NYCD Assistant Commissioner. He currently works as an adjunct assistant professor of criminal justice at John Jay College, He was a 9/11 first responder and supervisor of the NYPD Missing Persons Squad, previously he served by teaching Department of Homeland Security incident management courses nationwide to first responders. LYNDA THOMPSON - Director of Research

Lynda was a certified State Bar Paralegal in Texas. She worked in law firms in the areas of litigation, corporate and general practice. Her many years of paralegal experience have been the basis for her investigative research and writing. As a researcher she has assisted international speakers, writers, news reporters, and scientists. She has been a member of MUFON for many years and has completed numerous investigations as a Field Investigator as well as being Chief of Investigations in Virginia. She is an expert in photo analysis and handles private research and investigations for various other agencies.

Ruben Uriarte - Director of International Operations and Investigations

Ruben Uriarte graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology and Latin American Studies. Ruben is a MUFON Field Investigator, State Director for Northern California and National Director for Mexico and Cuba. He has served on many international UFO related projects as a translator. He was State Coordinator for California Crop Circle Phenomena Research International and was a former research director for Beyond Boundaries. Ruben currently serves as a board member for OPUS (Organization for Paranormal and Support Understanding) He has authored a number of books, to include: Mexico's Roswell, The Other Roswell, Aliens in the Forest, The Coyame Incident and Falling Angel.

JENNIFER STEIN - Director of Public Relations, Education and Media

LENVAL LOGAN - Advisory Board Member

Lenval Logan is originally from the United Kingdom, and he enjoyed a twenty plus year career in the US Air Force, as an Airborne Intelligence Analyst supporting the Intelligence and DoD communities. Logan is a member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU). He served on the UAP task force for 4 years. Currently he is Chief Technology Officer for Phenom, LLC, where he created a multi-function app to support the public and scientific communities in reporting, identifying and characterizing unusual phenomenon, airborne or otherwise.
